I never made one but I vaguely remember how popular the kits were and understandably so, the kits made making these lap quilts easy. This brand new 48x56 inch Crochet Poinsettias Lap Quilt Throw easily brings both a vintage vibe as well as the holidays to the back of a sofa or chair.

Each 9x9 inch crochet flower block is bound with a cream white yarn, also used for the fringe edge. The poinsettias are actually leaves that turn red and this lap quilt nicely shows the yellow centers, which are the actual flowers.

I purchased this from the maker. It is in excellent mint condition.

In addition to the bright holiday colors, this is a very warm lap quilt to snuggle up in during long cold winter nights. The extra length at 56 inches means this will nicely cover tall people.
