What began in 1998 as a weekend trip with my mother to help find quilts for a friend is now a custom gift business. We make custom quilts in hard-to-find patterns, exclusive patterns with the artist's permission, and unique patterns I design. We also specialize in modernizing old favorites, such as double wedding ring quilts and making quilts out of printed photos, mementos, clothing and other fabrics. Baby crib quilts have become harder to find so we offer a variety of baby quilts in those smaller sizes that can easily be personalized with a baby's name and birth date.

Vintage Embroidered Blue Full Quilt

From a Missouri estate sale, this full size and twin size quilt 86x86 dates from the 1960s. Blue Cross Stitch hand-embroidery is featured against a white background bordered with a medium blue solid cotton. Scalloped edges.

Beautifully detailed hand quilting 10-12 per inch. Several yellow age stains throughout the quilt and one stain spot about 3 inches wide. This quilt would make a great smaller throw or custom pillows, which we will be glad to make for you. Also an excellent quilt for a stage prop since the colors are strong and easy to see from a distance. Made in USA. Cotton fill.
